If you cancel your reservation (the rental of the apartment) the following amount has to be paid:
until 14 days before arrival no charge
7 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
2 days before arrival 90% of the total amount
1 Tag before arrival 100% of the total amount
You have to cancel by e-mail or fax.
